ORDERS OVERVIEW

The Orders section of your dashboard provides a complete view of all transactions. Each order entry displays the order reference, buyer details, artwork information, date, amount, and current status.

Your five most recent orders are highlighted at the top of the dashboard homepage for quick access.

FILTERING AND SEARCHING ORDERS

Use the built-in tools to find specific orders quickly:

• Filter by status: Pending, Shipped, Delivered, Completed, Refunded.
• Search by order reference, buyer name, or artwork title.
• Sort by date, amount, or status.
• Export your order list to CSV for accounting or reporting purposes.

REVENUE STATISTICS

The Revenue section provides financial insights into your gallery's performance:

View your total revenue by period (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly). Track the average order value and monitor trends over time. These statistics help you understand your gallery's performance and make informed business decisions.
