Refund for a Return

Once we have processed the return of your items, we will proceed with the refund.

REFUND FOR AN ONLINE PURCHASE


When you return an online purchase, you will receive a refund for your order.

If you sent your return via a carrier, we will process it within 72 hours of receiving it at our facilities.

Once the return has been processed, we will send you an email confirming it.

Please note that once the return has been processed, you will receive the amount within a maximum of 14 days, depending on your bank.

If more than 14 days have passed and you have not received a refund to your account, please use this confirmation to present it to your bank so they can help expedite the process.

Please note: if you sent the items to be returned through our drop-off point service, the return costs will be deducted from the amount of your refund.

Remember: you must return the items before the return deadline expires.
