How to Request a Refund

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have the option to return the items.

Here are the conditions and options available for making a return.

CONDITIONS FOR MAKING A RETURN


Online purchase:You have 30 days from the date your order was shipped to make a return.

Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags intact.

Returns must be made in the same country or region where the purchase was made.

RETURN VIA DROP-OFF POINT


You can return your items by dropping off your package at a drop-off point. The cost for a return request is EUR 5, which will be deducted from your refund.

If you made the purchase as a registered user, you can request the return from the 'Returns' section of your account.

If you made the purchase as a guest, you can request it by accessing the link included in the emails related to your order.

Once the return is requested, you will receive an email with shipping instructions and the necessary labels for each package to be returned. Follow the instructions and drop off the package at the pick-up point of your choice, using the indicated carrier.

Remember: you must return the items before the return deadline expires.
