ACCESS THE SALES DASHBOARD

To view your sales, go to your artist space and click on the Sales tab. The direct URL is: /user/artedusa/sales

This page displays all your sales with their statuses: successful (succeeded), pending (pending), or failed (failed).

DISPLAYED STATISTICS

The dashboard displays 3 main statistics at the top of the page:

• TOTAL SALES: The total sum in euros of all your successful sales
• NUMBER OF SALES: The total number of transactions with succeeded status
• ACCOUNT STATUS: Active if your Stripe account is validated and can receive payments

SALES LIST

For each sale, you will see the following information:

- Sale amount in EUR

- Transaction date

- Title of the sold artwork

- Buyer's email

- Stripe payment ID

- Status: succeeded (green), pending (orange), or failed (red)

AVAILABLE FILTERS

You can filter your sales by status using the filter buttons at the top of the list:

- All: Displays all sales, regardless of status

- Successful: Displays only sales with succeeded status

- Pending: Displays only sales with pending status

STRIPE ACTIVATION REQUIRED

Important: To see your actual sales, you must have activated and validated your Stripe Connect account. Until your account is validated, the interface will display an error message or an empty list.

Once your Stripe account is validated (stripeChargesEnabled = true), all your sales will automatically appear in the dashboard.
