Your artworks remain your exclusive property. By using ARTEDUSA, you do NOT transfer ANY copyright to the platform.

You retain all your economic and moral rights over your creations. ARTEDUSA never becomes the owner of your artworks.

WHAT THIS MEANS IN PRACTICE

You retain full control over your creations:

• You decide the sale price of each artwork
• You can remove your artworks at any time without notice
• You retain all exploitation rights (reproduction, distribution, adaptation)
• You can transfer your rights to a third party if you wish (gallery, publisher)

LEGAL PROTECTION

Your copyright is protected by French and international law (Berne Convention). ARTEDUSA fully respects these rights.

In case of copyright infringement by a platform user, you have a reporting system. Our team handles each report within 48 hours maximum and can go as far as permanent exclusion of the offending user.
