TYPE OF LICENSE

The license you grant to ARTEDUSA has three important characteristics:

Non-exclusive: You retain all your rights and can freely use your artworks elsewhere

Limited: ARTEDUSA can only use your artworks for specific purposes (see below)

Revocable: The license ends immediately once you remove an artwork or delete your account

AUTHORIZED USES

ARTEDUSA can only use your artworks for the following purposes:

• Distribution on artedusa.com (artist space, profile page)
• Promotion on ARTEDUSA social media (Instagram, Facebook, newsletters)
• Creation of thumbnails and technical previews (web optimization, different screen formats)
• Newsletters and promotional communications of the platform

Important: ARTEDUSA CANNOT sell reproductions of your artworks, modify them, or use them for other commercial purposes without your explicit consent.

LICENSE DURATION

The license is active only as long as your artworks are published on ARTEDUSA.

As soon as you remove an artwork from the platform or delete your artist account, the license ends immediately. ARTEDUSA no longer has the right to use your artworks for any purpose.

No use after removal: ARTEDUSA commits to removing all uses of your artworks (caches, marketing communications, social media) as soon as possible after deletion.
