Manage Artists
Once artists have accepted your invitation, you can manage them from your gallery dashboard. View their profiles, monitor their activity, and manage the relationship.
ARTIST LIST AND STATUS
Your dashboard provides a comprehensive overview of all artists associated with your gallery. Each artist entry displays their current status, the date they joined, and key statistics such as the number of published artworks.
You can filter and search through your artist roster to quickly find specific artists.
MANAGING ARTIST INFORMATION
As a gallery partner, you have the ability to view and manage the information associated with your artists' profiles. This includes reviewing their biography, exhibition history, and published artworks.
Artists maintain control over their own profile content, but the gallery can coordinate with them to ensure consistency and accuracy.
REMOVING AN ARTIST FROM YOUR GALLERY
If you need to end the partnership with an artist, you can remove them from your gallery directly from the dashboard. Upon removal, the artist's profile is unlinked from your gallery, and their artworks will no longer appear under your gallery page.
Please note: removing an artist does not delete their ARTEDUSA account or their artworks. The artist retains full control of their individual profile.
