HOW THE INVITATION SYSTEM WORKS

ARTEDUSA uses a secure email-based invitation system. As a gallery partner, you can invite artists to join your gallery directly from your dashboard. Each invitation generates a unique, time-limited security token.

The process respects the artist's autonomy: only the invited artist can choose to accept or decline the invitation. The gallery cannot force an artist to join.

SENDING AN INVITATION

To invite an artist, follow these steps:

• Go to Dashboard → Artists → Invite Artist.
• Enter the artist's email address.
• Optionally, add a personal message that will be included in the invitation email.
• Click 'Send Invitation'. A unique security token is generated, valid for 30 days.
• The artist receives an email containing a link to accept or decline the invitation.

WHAT HAPPENS WHEN AN ARTIST ACCEPTS

When the artist accepts the invitation, several things happen automatically:

The artist's profile is linked to your gallery and published on the platform. You receive a confirmation email notifying you that the artist has joined. The artist can then begin uploading artworks that will appear under your gallery.

INVITATION RULES

To maintain a fair and transparent system, the following rules apply:

• Duplicate invitations to the same email address are not allowed.
• You cannot re-invite an artist who is already linked to your gallery.
• Only the artist can accept or decline — the gallery cannot accept on their behalf.
• Invitation tokens expire after 30 days. You can send a new invitation after expiration.
