ACCESS MY INVOICES

To view your invoices, go to your artist space and click on the Invoices tab. The direct URL is: /user/artedusa/factures

This page centralizes all your invoices: sales of original artworks, FINE ART PRINT prints, and monthly fan subscriptions.

STRIPE CONNECT ACTIVATION REQUIRED

Important: To generate invoices, you must have activated and validated your Stripe Connect account. Without an active Stripe account, no invoices can be issued.

If your account is not yet configured, go to Payments (/user/artedusa/payments) to complete the activation.

TYPES OF INVOICES AVAILABLE

You will find 3 types of invoices in your space:

• ARTWORK SALES: Invoices for each original artwork sold (85% of the price goes to you, 15% platform commission)
• FINE ART PRINTS: Invoices for prints of your digital artworks (60% of the price goes to you)
• SUBSCRIPTIONS: Monthly summary invoices for your fan subscriptions (EUR 4 per subscriber)

FILTERS AND SORTING

The invoices interface offers filters to help you quickly find what you're looking for:

- All: Displays all your invoices, regardless of type

- Sales: Only artwork sales invoices

- Prints: Only FINE ART PRINT invoices

- Subscriptions: Only monthly subscription invoices

ALTERNATIVE: STRIPE DASHBOARD

ARTEDUSA's invoicing system is currently being finalized. In the meantime, you can access your payment statements and transactions via your Stripe Dashboard.

A direct link to your Stripe Dashboard is available at the top of the Invoices page. Click "ACCESS MY STRIPE DASHBOARD" to view your transactions in real time.

Please note: Stripe statements are not tax-compliant invoices for your accounting. Use ARTEDUSA invoices once they become available.

DISPLAYED INFORMATION

For each invoice, you will see:

- Sequential invoice number (e.g.: FACT-2025-00123)

- Invoice type (sale, print, subscription)

- Issue date

- Amount excl. VAT (before tax)

- VAT rate applied

- VAT amount

- Amount incl. VAT (after tax)

- Status (Paid, Pending, Canceled)

- PDF download button (if available)
