STEP 1: PERSONAL INFORMATION

This first step collects your basic information to create your user account: first name, last name, email address, phone number, and a secure password.

Your email address will be used for all important communications regarding your account and sales. Make sure you use a valid email address that you check regularly.

STEP 2: ARTISTIC PROFILE

This step defines your artistic identity on the platform. You need to provide your artist name (the name under which you wish to be known), your username which will be used in your profile URL, your artistic biography, and your location (city and country).

Your profile will be accessible at: artedusa.com/your-username

STEP 3: ARTISTIC PORTFOLIO

You must submit between 3 and 5 artworks to build your initial portfolio. For each artwork, you need to upload the image (JPG or PNG formats accepted), provide the title, and add a description.

At least 3 artworks with title and description are required to proceed to the next step. Choose your best works that faithfully represent your artistic style.

STEP 4: ARTIST VERIFICATION

This mandatory step ensures that you are indeed the author of the artworks presented. You must submit a photo of yourself with one of the artworks from your portfolio, or a photo of yourself holding a piece of paper with the word ARTEDUSA and today's date.

Accepted formats: JPG or PNG, maximum size 10 MB. Make sure your face and the artwork are clearly visible in the photo.

STEP 5: CONSENT

Final step: you must accept the ARTEDUSA privacy policy and the general terms and conditions for artists. Subscribing to the newsletter is optional.

AFTER REGISTRATION

Once all steps are completed, your account is created and you receive a confirmation email. You can immediately access your artist space to configure your profile.

The ARTEDUSA team verifies your verification photo within 24 to 48 hours. You will be notified by email once the verification has been approved.
