OPTIONAL PRICING

On ARTEDUSA, pricing is entirely optional. You are not required to set a price for your artworks. If you leave the price field empty, the artwork will be added to your space with the label Not Set.

This flexibility allows you to showcase your portfolio without necessarily putting your artworks up for sale, or to discuss the price directly with interested buyers.

SETTING A PRICE

If you wish to set a price, you can do so when adding your artwork at the Pricing step. The price must be entered in euros with up to 2 decimal places (e.g.: 450.00 or 1200.50).

If you set a price, it must be greater than 0 euros. The system will display an error if you enter a price equal to or less than zero.

PRICE DISPLAY

The price is displayed with the euro symbol (EUR) on your public profile and in search results. Buyers can filter artworks by price range to find those that match their budget.

CHANGE THE PRICE

Important: once the artwork is added, you cannot change the price directly from the artwork management interface. Only the title and description can be modified.

To change the price of an existing artwork, you must contact ARTEDUSA support or delete the artwork and recreate it with the new price.
