REGISTRATION PROCESS OVERVIEW

Creating a partner gallery account on ARTEDUSA is a streamlined four-step process. Each step collects essential information to set up your professional gallery presence on the platform.

Before you begin, make sure you have the following documents and details at hand: your business registration number (SIRET, 14 digits), VAT number if applicable, the year your gallery was established, and your administrator contact details.

STEP 1: BUSINESS INFORMATION

In this first step, you will provide the core details about your gallery:

• Gallery name: The official name of your gallery as it will appear on the platform.
• Legal entity: The registered legal form of your business.
• SIRET number: Your 14-digit business registration number.
• VAT number: Your intra-community VAT number, if applicable.
• Year established: The year your gallery was founded.
• Gallery type: Select either 'Commercial gallery' or 'Museum'.

STEP 2: LOCATION

Provide the physical address of your gallery. This information is used for verification purposes and to display your location to collectors.

• Street address
• City
• Postal code
• Country (France is selected by default)

STEP 3: ADMINISTRATOR CONTACT

Designate the primary administrator for your gallery account. This person will manage the gallery's profile, artists, and artworks on ARTEDUSA.

• First name and surname of the administrator
• Email address (used for login and communications)
• Phone number
• Website (optional)

STEP 4: LEGAL CONSENTS AND ACCOUNT ACTIVATION

Review and accept the Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. Once you submit your registration, a verification email will be sent to your administrator email address.

After email verification, ARTEDUSA will review your application. Upon approval, your gallery profile is automatically created with a unique username, and a pre-configured payment account is set up. The ARTEDUSA admin team is notified of every new registration.
