Gallery Catalogue

Your gallery catalogue is the collection of artworks available for sale on ARTEDUSA. Understand the two modes of catalogue management and how to organise your inventory effectively.

TWO CATALOGUE MODES

ARTEDUSA offers two distinct ways to build and manage your gallery catalogue, giving you the flexibility to operate according to your business model.

MODE 1: MANAGED ARTISTS' ARTWORKS

When you invite and accept artists into your gallery, they can upload their own artworks directly. These artworks automatically appear in your gallery catalogue.

As the gallery partner, you can view, manage, and oversee all artworks uploaded by your managed artists. This mode is ideal for galleries that represent established artists who actively manage their own portfolios.

MODE 2: GALLERY AND MUSEUM SHOP ARTWORKS

Galleries and museums can also create artworks directly from the dashboard, even without a linked artist. This is particularly useful for museum shops, estate collections, or artworks where the artist is not present on the platform.

In this mode, the gallery takes full responsibility for the artwork information, pricing, and publication.

MANAGING YOUR CATALOGUE

Regardless of the mode, all artworks in your catalogue are accessible from the Dashboard → Catalogue section. You can search, filter, edit, and remove artworks. Each artwork displays its image, title, price, and current status (available, sold, reserved, or draft).
