PHOTO VERIFICATION

This verification is carried out during your registration. It involves submitting a photo of yourself with one of your artworks or with a piece of paper mentioning ARTEDUSA and the date.

The goal is to prove that you are indeed the author of the artworks you are presenting. The ARTEDUSA team verifies your photo within 24 to 48 hours and you receive a confirmation email once it has been approved.

If your photo is not accepted, you will receive an email explaining the reasons for the rejection and you can submit a new photo.

VERIFICATION BADGE

Once your photo has been approved, a verification badge appears on your public profile. This badge indicates to buyers that you are a verified and authentic artist.

CHECK MY STATUS

Log in to your artist space on artedusa.com/user/artedusa and then click on Profile. Your verification status is visible in this section.

If your account is not yet verified, you will see a message indicating that verification is in progress.
