DOWNLOAD AN INVOICE

To download an invoice in PDF, go to /user/artedusa/factures. Each invoice has a "DOWNLOAD PDF" button on the right.

Click the button to open the PDF in a new tab. You can then save it to your computer or print it directly.

PDF INVOICE FORMAT

ARTEDUSA invoices are generated in professional PDF format and contain all mandatory legal notices:

- Unique sequential invoice number

- Issue date

- Full identity of the seller (you, the artist)

- Buyer identity

- Detailed sale description

- Price excl. VAT (before tax)

- VAT rate and amount

- Price incl. VAT (after tax)

- Payment method and date

- ARTEDUSA legal notices

ACCOUNTING COMPLIANCE

PDF invoices generated by ARTEDUSA comply with French accounting standards defined by the General Tax Code (Article 289).

They can be used for:

- Your personal accounting

- Your tax returns (VAT, income)

- Proof of your artistic income

- Legal archiving (mandatory 10-year retention)

INVOICE RETENTION

French law requires the retention of all invoices for a minimum of 10 years. ARTEDUSA automatically archives your invoices for this duration.

We nevertheless recommend that you download and save your invoices regularly on your own computer or personal cloud.

Organize your invoices by year in separate folders to facilitate your accounting and annual tax returns.

IN CASE OF A MISSING INVOICE

If an invoice does not appear in your list or the download button is not available, it may mean that the PDF is still being generated.

Invoices are generated automatically after each validated payment. The generation delay is typically a few minutes to a few hours at most.

If after 24 hours an invoice is still not available, contact ARTEDUSA support with the relevant transaction number.

TEMPORARY ALTERNATIVE: STRIPE DASHBOARD

While the ARTEDUSA invoicing system is being finalized, you can download your payment statements from your Stripe Dashboard.

Please note: These statements are NOT tax-compliant invoices. They serve only as proof of bank transfer.

As soon as ARTEDUSA invoices become available, use them as your primary source for official accounting.
