EXPORT SYSTEM UNDER DEVELOPMENT

The automatic accounting export system is currently under development. Soon, you will be able to export all your sales and invoice data in various formats.

Planned features include: CSV export for Excel, export to accounting software (Pennylane, Quickbooks), automatic tax statistics (monthly revenue, collected VAT), and customizable exports by period.

ALTERNATIVE 1: DOWNLOAD YOUR PDF INVOICES

While the automatic export system is being developed, you can download your invoices one by one in PDF format from /user/artedusa/factures.

Each invoice contains all the information needed for your accounting: number, date, amounts excl./incl. VAT, VAT, sale description.

Organize your PDF invoices in monthly or quarterly folders on your computer. Your accountant will be able to process them easily.

ALTERNATIVE 2: STRIPE DASHBOARD

Your Stripe Dashboard (accessible from /user/artedusa/factures) offers several export tools:

- Transactions: Export the list of all your transactions in CSV

- Payouts: Export your bank transfer history

- Reports: Download monthly or annual financial reports

These Stripe exports can complement your ARTEDUSA invoices for a complete accounting overview.

HOW TO ORGANIZE YOUR ACCOUNTING IN THE MEANTIME

Here are some tips for organizing your accounting while the full export system is being developed:

1. Download your ARTEDUSA invoices each month

2. Create folders by month: 2025-01, 2025-02, etc.

3. Also save your Stripe statements in these folders

4. Create a simple Excel file with: Date, Type, Amount excl. VAT, VAT, Amount incl. VAT

5. Send these documents to your accountant each quarter

This organization will greatly facilitate your accounting and tax returns.

COMING SOON: CSV EXPORT

The CSV export system will be the first feature available. You will be able to export all your invoices into an Excel file with the following columns:

- Invoice number

- Issue date

- Sale type (artwork, print, subscription)

- Amount excl. VAT

- VAT rate

- VAT amount

- Amount incl. VAT

- Status (paid, pending, canceled)

This CSV file can be imported directly into Excel, Google Sheets, or your accounting software.

ACCOUNTING SOFTWARE INTEGRATION

In a later phase, ARTEDUSA will offer direct integrations with the main accounting software used by artists and freelancers:

- Pennylane: Automatic invoice synchronization

- Quickbooks: Bidirectional export and import

- Indy (formerly Georges): API connector

- Tiime: Full integration

These integrations will save you considerable time by automating accounting data entry.
