ACCESS THE UPLOAD PAGE

Log in to your artist account and go to artedusa.com/upload-artwork. You can also access this page from your artist space by clicking Add an Artwork.

STEP 1: UPLOAD

Drag your files into the drop zone or click Browse to select your images. You can upload multiple images at once.

Accepted formats: JPG, JPEG, PNG. Recommended minimum width: 1,600 pixels. Maximum size: 10 MB per image.

Tip: The more precise information you provide about your artwork, the easier it will be for collectors to find. This metadata significantly improves your visibility in search filters.

STEP 2: DESCRIPTION

Enter the title of your artwork and select a category from the 13 available: Painting, Sculpture, Photography, Drawings and Illustrations, Textile Art, Digital Art, Ceramics and Pottery, Jewelry and Accessories, Crafts, Environmental Art, Performance Art, Ephemeral Art, Activist Art.

Add a detailed description of your artwork. You can also specify the theme (Abstract, Portrait, Figurative, Pop Art, Landscape, Street Art, Animals, Everyday Scenes, etc.), the technique used, and the creation medium.

• Title: required, defines the name of your artwork
• Category: required, choose from the 13 artistic categories
• Description: recommended, present your artwork in detail
• Theme: optional, allows buyers to filter by style
• Technique: optional, automatically filtered based on your category
• Medium: optional, the material on which the artwork is created

STEP 3: PRICING

Set the price of your artwork in euros. The price is optional: you can leave this field empty if you do not wish to sell the artwork or prefer to discuss the price with buyers. If you set a price, it must be greater than 0 euros.

You can also enter the dimensions of your artwork: width and height in centimeters. This information helps buyers visualize the piece.

STEP 4: PUBLICATION

Review the summary of all information entered: title, price, category, theme, dimensions. If everything is correct, click Publish to add the artwork to your space.

Your artwork will be immediately visible on your public profile and in the platform's search results.
