SUBSCRIPTION PRICING AND FREE TRIAL

The ARTEDUSA partner gallery subscription is priced at €30 per month, billed monthly. When you subscribe for the first time, you benefit from a 14-day free trial with full access to all gallery features.

During the trial period, you can invite artists, publish artworks, and explore the full dashboard. If you cancel before the trial ends, you will not be charged.

Important: The free trial is available only on your first subscription. Re-subscribing after a cancellation does not include a new trial period.

PAYMENT AND BILLING

Subscription payments are processed securely via our payment partner. You can manage all billing aspects through the self-service billing portal:

• Update your bank card details at any time.
• View and download past invoices.
• Cancel your subscription directly from the portal.
• Payment is automatically charged each month on the anniversary of your subscription start date.

SUBSCRIPTION STATUS AND ACCESS

Your subscription status directly determines your level of access to the gallery dashboard:

• Active: Full access to all gallery features, artist management, artwork publishing, and sales.
• Trial: Full access to all features during the 14-day trial period.
• Past due: Read-only access. You can view your dashboard but cannot make changes until payment is resolved.
• Cancelled: Access is blocked. You must re-subscribe to regain access to gallery features.
• Never subscribed: The dashboard is blocked except for the subscription page where you can activate your plan.

RE-SUBSCRIBING AFTER CANCELLATION

You can re-subscribe at any time after cancellation. Your gallery profile, artist data, and artwork catalogue are preserved. However, please note that re-subscriptions do not include a new free trial period — billing begins immediately.
