STEP 1: IMAGE UPLOAD

Start by uploading a high-quality image of the artwork. Clear, well-lit photographs are essential for attracting collectors. We recommend using a neutral background and natural lighting.

Supported formats include JPEG and PNG. The image should have a minimum resolution of 1000 pixels on the shortest side for optimal display.

STEP 2: DESCRIPTION

Provide detailed information about the artwork:

• Title: The name of the artwork.
• Category: The art category (painting, sculpture, photography, print, etc.).
• Technique: The medium or technique used (oil on canvas, bronze, digital print, etc.).
• Dimensions: The physical dimensions of the artwork (height x width, in centimetres).
• Description: An optional but recommended detailed description of the piece.

STEP 3: PRICING

Set the selling price for the artwork. This is the final price that will be displayed to and paid by the collector. The platform commission (15%) is deducted from this amount — you do not need to add it on top.

Artwork prices on ARTEDUSA must be between €10 and €5,000. For artworks outside this range, collectors are invited to contact the artist or gallery directly.

STEP 4: PUBLICATION

Review all the details and publish the artwork. Once published, the artwork becomes visible to collectors on the platform immediately.

You can add artworks for your managed artists or create gallery artworks directly, depending on your catalogue mode.
