Oscar Pereira da Silva

Oscar Pereira da Silva is a Brazilian painter, draftsman, designer, and instructor, born on August 29, 1867 in São Fidélis and died on January 17, 1939 in São Paulo. He is known for his depictions of historical events in Brazil, as well as his portraits, religious works, genre scenes, still lifes, and landscapes. He was active from the end of the 19th century to the mid-20th century.
