Le Tintoret

Le Tintoret, whose real name is Jacopo Robusti, is a Venetian painter of the Italian Renaissance, probably born in September-October 1518 or in 1519 in Venice and died on May 31, 1594. He is associated with the Mannerist movement of the Venetian school and is famous for his dynamic compositions and dramatic use of light and shadow.
