PROFILE VISIBILITY

You can set 3 visibility levels for your profile:

• Public: Everyone can see your profile and artworks (recommended for selling artists)
• Partners only: Only certified partners (galleries, museums) can see you
• Private: Your profile is hidden from searches (you can still sell to those who have your direct link)

Warning: If your profile is Private, you will not appear in ARTEDUSA search results.

CONTACT INFORMATION

Choose who can see your contact information (email, phone):

• Public: Everyone can see your artist contact email
• Partners only: Only certified galleries and museums can see your contact
• Private: No one sees your contact details (buyers can still contact you via the internal messaging system)

PUBLIC MESSAGES

Enable or disable the ability for profile visitors to send you messages.

If disabled: Only your followers and buyers of your artworks can contact you.

If enabled: Any visitor to your profile can send you a private message.

Messages are always filtered by our anti-spam system.

DISPLAY REAL NAME

By default, only your artist name is publicly visible.

Enable this option if you want to display your full legal name on your public profile.

Your legal name is always visible to ARTEDUSA (for legal verifications and payments).

DISPLAY LOCATION

Choose to display or hide your city and country on your public profile.

Some collectors look for local artists, so displaying your location can improve your visibility.

Your full address is NEVER displayed publicly.
