ARTIST COPYRIGHT

The artist retains 100% of the copyright and intellectual property rights over their artworks at all times. Publishing an artwork on ARTEDUSA does not transfer any ownership or intellectual property rights to the platform or to the gallery.

This is a fundamental principle of the ARTEDUSA platform: art belongs to its creator.

LICENCE GRANTED TO ARTEDUSA

By publishing artworks on ARTEDUSA, the gallery grants the platform a non-exclusive, limited, and revocable licence to:

• Display artworks on artedusa.com (gallery pages, search results, collection pages).
• Promote artworks on ARTEDUSA social media channels (Instagram, Facebook).
• Create thumbnails and technical previews for web optimisation.
• Include artworks in the platform's newsletters and promotional communications.

This licence is granted free of charge and is strictly limited to the purposes listed above. ARTEDUSA cannot sell reproductions, modify artworks, or use them for other commercial purposes without the explicit written consent of the artist and the gallery.

LICENCE REVOCATION

The licence is revoked immediately and automatically when the artwork is withdrawn from the platform or when the gallery account is deleted. No further use of the artwork images is permitted after revocation.

IMPORTANT: GALLERY RIGHTS

The gallery acquires NO intellectual property rights over the artists' works through the ARTEDUSA platform. The gallery's role is to represent and facilitate sales, not to claim ownership of creative works.

Galleries that also sell artworks on other platforms are free to do so — ARTEDUSA does not impose any exclusivity requirements.
