DASHBOARD HOME

The dashboard homepage provides a quick snapshot of your gallery's activity:

• Key statistics: Number of artists, published artworks, monthly sales, and total revenue.
• Recent orders: Your five most recent orders with their current status.
• Quick actions: Links to common tasks such as inviting an artist, adding an artwork, or viewing orders.

ARTIST MANAGEMENT

The Artists section displays all artists associated with your gallery. You can view each artist's status, the date they joined, and their published artworks. From here, you can edit artist information or remove an artist from your gallery.

CATALOGUE MANAGEMENT

The Catalogue section shows all artworks in your gallery, displayed with their image, title, price, and status. You can add new artworks, edit existing ones, or remove artworks from your catalogue.

ORDERS AND REVENUE

The Orders section provides a full list of all transactions with filters, search, and CSV export capability. Each order shows its financial details, including artwork price, shipping, commission, and net revenue.

The Revenue section offers statistics by period (weekly, monthly, quarterly, yearly), average order value, and performance trends.

INVITATIONS

The Invitations section displays all sent invitations with their current status (pending, accepted, rejected, expired). From here, you can send new invitations, resend expired ones, or cancel pending invitations.

SETTINGS

The Settings section allows you to manage your gallery profile (name, description, logo, cover image), legal information (legal entity, SIRET, VAT), payment account (Stripe Connect status and dashboard), and subscription (current status, billing portal).
