Cancellation and Withdrawal


You can cancel your ARTEDUSA gallery subscription at any time with no penalty. Learn how cancellation works, what happens to your data, and how to re-subscribe.


HOW TO CANCEL


Cancelling your gallery subscription is free and can be done at any time. There is no exclusivity clause and no cancellation fee.

To cancel, go to Dashboard → Settings → Subscription → Manage Billing. From the billing portal, select 'Cancel subscription'. Your cancellation will take effect at the end of your current billing period — you retain full access until then.

WHAT HAPPENS AFTER CANCELLATION


After your subscription ends:

  • Your published artworks will no longer be visible on the platform.
  • Your gallery profile will be deactivated (but not deleted).
  • Your artist data, artwork catalogue, and order history are preserved.
  • Ongoing orders remain active and will be processed until completion.
  • You can no longer publish new artworks, invite artists, or access management features.

RE-SUBSCRIBING


You can re-subscribe at any time after cancellation. Your gallery profile, artist relationships, and artwork catalogue will be restored immediately.

Important: Re-subscriptions do not include a new free trial period. Billing begins immediately upon re-activation.
