White-label AI agent: your welcome, your voice, your name
When a visitor calls the Museum of Light, they expect to hear "Hello, Museum of Light, how may I help you?". Not "Hello, you are connected to an outsourced telephone answering service." The trust a visitor places in your institution begins in the first second of the call, and that trust rests on a sense of authenticity that any visible intermediary compromises. This is precisely why AI ARTEDUSA was designed from the outset as a fully white-label solution: the caller hears the name of your institution, not that of Artedusa.

The term white-label refers to a product sold under the client's brand. In the case of AI ARTEDUSA, this means the voice AI agent answering the phone presents itself as a member of your institution. It uses the name of your museum, gallery, or theatre. It knows your opening hours, prices, current exhibitions, address, and access conditions because you have uploaded this information into the RAG knowledge base via the no-code dashboard. The caller has no reason to know, and will never know, that they are speaking to an AI agent provided by a third-party company. This invisibility is a foundational architectural choice, not an option or a module to activate.
The system identifies your institution in under 200 milliseconds as soon as the call arrives, using the associated phone number. A bidirectional audio connection opens in real time via real-time connection. The visitor's voice is transcribed into text by our voice transcription engine in under 500 milliseconds. The text is sent to our artificial intelligence with the full context of your institution. The AI processes the request, uses its specialised tools (booking a visit, searching for information, providing pricing), and the response is converted into natural speech by our speech synthesis engine in under 500 milliseconds. The visitor hears a fluent, natural response, personalised with your institution's name. Total latency between question and answer is between 2 and 4 seconds, comparable to a human pausing to think before responding.
02Your phone number does not change
One of the most frequent concerns among cultural institution directors involves the phone number. Your number appears on brochures, your website, posters, business cards, tourist guides, and online directories. Changing it would be a logistical nightmare and a risk to your visibility. AI ARTEDUSA was designed to eliminate this concern entirely.
Two options are available. The first is redirection: your existing number remains active and automatically forwards calls to the AI ARTEDUSA our telephony partner number. The second is porting: your number is ported directly onto the our telephony partner infrastructure. In both cases, the caller dials the same number as before. They see no change, perceive no difference. For them, they are calling the museum as they always have.
This continuity is essential for trust. A regular visitor who calls the familiar number and hears a welcoming voice answer in the name of their museum experiences no disruption. A tourist who finds the number in a guidebook printed two years ago calls and receives an immediate response, in their language, 24 hours a day. The experience is not merely preserved but improved, with no visible sign of technological change.
03Personalisation goes beyond the name
White-label is not limited to pronouncing the name of your institution. The AI agent is configured to reflect the identity of your establishment in every detail. Through the RAG knowledge base, you upload your documents (brochures, exhibition catalogues, pricing grids, internal FAQs) in PDF, Word, or text format, up to 10 megabytes per file. The system segments each document into intelligent chunks of intelligent segments with 50-token overlap, transforms them into mathematical vectors via our vectorisation engine in high-dimensional, and stores them in a vector database dedicated exclusively to your institution.
During a call, the agent searches for the most relevant segments through semantic search, understanding the meaning of words rather than merely matching them literally. The top 5 results are selected, with a minimum score of 0.8 out of 1.0. Moreover, the 3 most relevant documents are automatically injected into the AI context at the start of each call, so the agent "already knows" before the visitor even asks their question.
The result is an agent that knows your institution inside out. A visitor who asks "Is there parking?" receives "Yes, an underground car park with 200 spaces is accessible at 12 rue..." because that information is in your uploaded FAQ. Another who asks "Tell me about the Monet exhibition" hears "The Monet and Light exhibition presents 47 works..." because your exhibition catalogue has been integrated into the knowledge base. The agent does not give generic answers: it gives your answers, with your information, under your name.
04Isolation as a guarantee of integrity
White-label would be mere cosmetic artifice if your institution's data were mixed with those of other clients. AI ARTEDUSA guarantees complete isolation through a native multi-tenant architecture. per-institution data isolation on our secure database ensures each institution sees only its own data, with no sharing between clients. Vector collections in our vector database are separated by institution. The our caching system cache uses our verification algorithm-hashed keys, with no personal data in cache. This isolation is not a setting to activate: it is the very foundation of the system's architecture.
Five authentication layers protect the whole. secure authentication via an OIDC identity provider for user login, with automatic key rotation. secure sessions for frontend sessions. API key with cryptographic comparison for administrative endpoints. cryptographic signature signature validation for our telephony partner telephone webhooks. And a unique real-time connection secret per call, a 12-byte hexadecimal token, to secure the real-time audio stream.
When a visitor calls the Museum of Light, they are speaking to the Museum of Light. The data from their conversation remains within the Museum of Light's space. No other institution has access, no cross-referencing is possible, no leak is conceivable.
05Visitor trust is your most valuable asset
Cultural institutions thrive on the trust of their audience. That trust is built over decades of quality programming, impeccable reception, and transparent communication. Introducing technology into the reception chain must under no circumstances compromise this trust capital. This is why AI ARTEDUSA's white-label nature is not a marketing argument: it is a functional necessity.
A visitor who discovers they are speaking to "a robot from a technology company" rather than to "their museum" experiences a breach of trust, even if the response quality is excellent. White-label eliminates this breach. The AI agent is perceived as a natural extension of your institution, not as an external provider. This perception is reinforced by the quality of the natural voice produced by our speech synthesis engine, which is available in all 15 supported languages and automatically changes voice when the agent switches languages mid-call.
06Configuration in minutes, not months
Setting up this white-label experience requires no technical expertise. The no-code dashboard allows complete configuration in minutes. Registration takes 2 minutes. Upload your documents and the agent is operational in 5 minutes. Advanced configuration (detailed opening hours, pricing grid, integrations with an external booking system via HTTP webhook) takes a few hours at most. At no point do you need a developer, an integrator, or a technical consultant.
The cost is transparent and predictable: 0.15 dollars per minute of call time, billed per started minute via our billing partner. No fixed subscription, no setup fees, no hidden costs. A medium-sized museum pays between 200 and 400 dollars per month depending on call volume. A free trial is available upon registration to verify that the experience meets your expectations before any financial commitment.
07Your museum, your voice, your AI
Telephone reception is the first vocal contact between your institution and its audience. This contact deserves the same attention you devote to the quality of your exhibitions, the training of your mediators, and the drafting of your communication materials. AI ARTEDUSA allows you to maintain this standard of quality 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in 15 languages, with an agent that speaks on behalf of your institution, knows your offering in every detail, and remains invisible as a third-party technology. Your welcome, your voice, your name.
